Base Repairs (Per 1")

What Are Base Repairs?

Rocks, sticks, ice cookies - stuff happens when you're cruising on the mountain!

If you run your fingernail over the base of your ski or snowboard and the nail catches in one of the damaged/scratched areas, it could likely use a base repair with p-tex.

This repair involves a ski tech melting polyethylene base material into the damaged area before a full waist-deep tune. A full waist-deep tune is required after this repair to smooth the repaired area and get a new structure on the base of the ski with a stone grind.

Edge Repairs and Additional Work:

Additional damage such as edge repairs, delams, and core shots are priced in-person when our techs can see and touch the equipment.
