It's exciting times at Meier Skis! It's almost time to announce the opening of The Couloir - our in-house après bar built right into the Meier Craft Skiery.

Backstory

Adding a bar inside our Craft Skiery (like a brewery, but we make skis) has been part of the plan since we moved to South Broadway in 2019. We intended to pursue opening the bar in spring of 2020, but... other... things happened in the world. 

We've now been at the various permits, zoning and construction for 32 (!) months with the City of Denver, but we're zooming through the inspections and hope to get a green light this month to open for sales in January, 2026!
