Refund policy

We aim to be as fair as possible with returns, while still keeping the lights on as a small business! Our return policy varies by the type of ski purchased. Our most generous return policy applies to all of our best-sellers with the "Love Your Skis Guarantee!"

5 ski days! Let us help you pick the perfect skis or board, either with our ski finder or by communicating directly with a skitender, and we'll give you time to ski and fall in love with them or your moneyback. Full terms linked here. Eligible skis are from this best-selling collection.

"Secret Stash" (build to order), semi-customs:
Order canceled within 3 days: no additional fee
Order canceled within 7 days: $50 rehandling fee
Order canceled 7-14 days: 10% of purchase price rehandling fee
No refunds after 14 days.

Full customs rehandling fees:
Order canceled within 3 days: no additional fee
Order canceled after connection with graphic designer: $500 rehandling fee 
Order canceled after art approval: 75% of purchase price rehandling fee
No refunds after 14 days.

There are no returns/exchanges of any kind on the above mentioned items.  All sales of those items are final. Return / Exchange shipping costs to be paid in full by customer.
