Trade your new skis for a different model, length, or choose a full refund if your new Meier skis or snowboard isn't right for you!

We'll help you select the perfect ski or board (required) to make the most of your time on the mountain. If we don't nail it, we'll exchange or refund your order.

You have 45 days from when the shipment is received to get them mounted and can ski them for up to 5 days before deciding if you'd like to keep them. Think you'll need more time? From 45-75 days, you can return them for store credit.

Eligibility

We want to help you choose the perfect ski! Getting to know your ski style and ability, and matching it with the perfect ski is the best way to maximize your fun on the mountain.

To be eligible, you must either have used our instant ski finder (with email entered at the end for proof), directly communicate with Meier via email, phone (with draft order) or buy at our Craft Skiery in Denver.

Skis & Snowboards

This applies to our in-stock collection with standard graphics. Semi-custom designs and customs are not eligible for this return policy.

Bindings

Bindings cannot be returned. Please remove them prior to returning the skis.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the skis or snowboard back to Meier. Save your box your skis come in, or hop down to a UPS to have them returned. Shipping costs receiving (if applicable) skis is not refunded, but the value of the ski demo (typically $60-$70/day) exceeds the cost of shipping within the US.

Refunds

A Meier Skis manager will inspect your skis when we receive them. If a refund is requested, they will complete the process and email you notification. Bank times for the refund to appear in your account vary.

Non-Ski Season Purchases (after April 1)

If you purchase after April 1 you will have until December 31 of the same year to return the skis so that you have the opportunity to try them during ski season.

Exclusions

Requests may be rejected if there's catastrophic damage caused by skier error during the first 5 days of use, at the discretion of a Meier Skis manager. This offer does not apply to skis purchased from our retail ski shop partners.
