The Leeper

From Owen: I created the Leeper for high speed, big turns and stomping cliffs.

At 114mm waist, this ski can do it all, from inbounds to backcountry powder. With regular camber underfoot, this ski carves down groomers while the early rise in the tip keep them from diving when you are charging hard in deep pow. The twin tip and slight early rise in the tail helps for maneuvering in tight trees, couloirs or cruising down the mountain switch. An added carbon sheet keeps these skis from bouncing off every bump at high speed and adds the necessary stiffness for landing big airs.

Grab the Leeper and go send that line you’ve been eying for years!

All of our skis are handmade in Denver, CO at the Meier Craft Skiery and are backed by a 3-Year warranty. Base and sidewall color on ski may vary.

Meier Skis The Leeper Review

Great for big sends!

These skis are a tank. They feel great on steep couloirs and give me lots of confidence dropping cliffs getting moderate air. Pretty stable once picking up speed on uneven terrain as well. Esthetics wise I love the graphics. I mainly ski at kirkwood and they’re a great match for the geography here. Really appreciated the team signing the tag too. Thanks a lot Nathan, Pete, Andrew, Ben, Jack, and Prater

Meier Skis The Leeper Review

Leeper

I’ve taken these skis from deep pow to icy park laps and have been extremely happy the entire time. You will definitely want some wider runs if you are carving due to the large turn radius, and edge to edge transfer time. That being said they are meant for more off piste skiing and they strive there. In the deep pow you feel like you can float well and whip them around. Towards the end of the day when it gets a little more choppy they continue to hold their own and give you the confidence to charge. I love to treat the mountain as my playground and the Leepers really help with that. They let me send the massive cliffs in the back bowls and then butter the rollers on the groomers. If you are into park they aren’t your go to skis, but they have been one of the easiest skis to flip and spin, especially given their width. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the skis themselves, I have been renowned to break skis, but even after landing on rocks, hitting trees, ect. I’ve only gotten a couple scratches on the bases. Lastly, as the cherry on top, the graphics of the skis pop on the snow and stand out from the rest of the mass produced skis on the mountain. I would highly suggest these skis!!

These skis absolutely rip all around the mountain, especially in the pow! The quality is unbelievable good from the bases to the edges to the top sheet. Not to mention the graphic is beautiful. Would highly suggest for anyone getting into big mountain or backcountry!
